Humboldt State University, located in the town of Arcata, is home to approximately 7,500 students! Without HSU, Arcata would really suck! I'm dead serious! Think about it. This area would be so boring without the antics of the liberal, psychedelic student body. Without HSU, Humboldt County would be a men's club for loggers and fishermen. I don't know about you, but I appreciate diversity.
